By Canadian regulations, if you reside in a country other than your homeland, when sending forms and other documents you need to provide a document showing admission to that country for at least one year. the problem is that I have lost my passport and the embassy has issued me a new one. there's a one month admission in it. how can I now satisfy this requirement? does any one have an idea for this issue?

Thank you everybody in advance

If you don't have proof that you were originally admitted for one year, then you have no choice, but to apply to the office that is responsible for your usual country of residence.

Usually, one must have some Immigration Status after 6 months staying in any country besides your country of birth. Unless, you have double citizenship.

When I applied, I was residing outside of my home country, but I had a legal status in that country. I was never asked for a passport stamp to prove when I entered at that specific country. I submmited the PR...

The million question is if you (Artamz) have any status where you're residing nowadays.

Greetings
