Address to send the common law application - HELP NEEDED!!!!

We sent our common law application last week trough DHL
DHL got back to us today saying theu cannot deliver to PO Boxes
The address we use was
Spouses, common-law or conjugal partner and dependent children:

Has anyone had this problem?

The CIC website mention this address:
Courier address (no public drop-offs)

Should this be the address to post the application?

If you are sending by courier then use the Robert Speck Parkway address.
