Hi Katoky,

If it is via courier like DHL or Fedex, you have to send using the following address:
Visa Section
Canadian High Commission
One George Street
#11-01
Singapore 049145

Couriers like DHL and Fedex do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, but Speedpost (Singapore Courier) does.

However, if by normal post, you can send it via the P.O. Box. Not sure if anyone sends via this method anyway! Smiley

If you live in Singapore, you can also drop your application (full documents) at the Visa Office in One George Street. It opens at 8am.

Hope this helps!

Cheers,

Hi KATOKY

Below link is for contact address of Singapore Canadian High Comission.

http://www.canadainternational.gc.ca/singapore-singapour/contact-contactez.aspx?lang=eng&menu_id=11&menu=L

From the above link we see that for any kind of correpondance they mentioned that -

Contact Us

Street Address
One George Street, #11-01
Singapore 049145

Mailing Address
P.O. Box 845. Robinson Road
Singapore 901645

Telephone: (65)-6854-5900
Fax: (65)-6854-5930
Email: Main: spore  @  international.gc.ca

Which means Mailing address is for any kind of mailing correspondance.

As  far I know in the 1st AOR they mention to send the full documents to the mailing address mentioned above. So now you decide which to follow.
As per my understanding the mailing address should be used to send any type of courier or any regular mail.

Hope my information helps you.

TC and hope for the best

Katoky,

This is in response to your PM.

U have asked the same question once again... what happened? If I remember rightly, u had asked this question 2-3 months earlier, and must have sent all docs vide that address as well.

Send the courier to the George Street Address.

Good Luck.

Both address are ok. I sent my full application through DHL to P.O box and I received my 2nd AOR from them after 12 days. If you sent your application through DHL, you can send any of those address, no prob...

Hello katoky,
 Sad
Its already more than 5 months I am bored to see the "rcvd by Visa Office' status...
Is there any hope?Huh??

However, I saw in the web that average app processing time between 7 to 10 months. Planning to send a query to Visa Office, Singapore. Should I send? Im afraid that they may take it otherwise!!!!!!!!!!

Pls advise

My details:

FSW
Initial application sent to CIC Canada  - 11 Oct 2009
Full app sought thru email - 14 Dec 2009
Full App sent - 06 April, 2010

Status - Recvd By Visa Office
2nd AOR               - Waiting
