Can't understand what is the problem................ the problem is that e-cas sucks. addresses should not be disappearing. sometimes it is not only the address but result entries appear in 2 lines (double entry), showing different things. How would you feel if your online bank transactions will exhibit the same system trouble...would you not be afraid of losing your balances? It is better to go to the fortune-teller rather than rely on that disappearing address. The fact is very few people look at that e-cas. There are thousands of applicants even in the philippines, and you see only a handful posting. Does it mean most of them do not encounter problems? Look, we are very few in the forums. |

I don't care if it's a glitch or what, but somehow in times like this even if it's false hope it's still nice to have something to hold on to. I might be fooling myself but it's nice to at least feel that there are changes in my ecas. And like what I said my address disappeared last time after a week or so I had my ppr. And if this means anything or not I'm just happy about it because somehow there is a trickle of hope.

AGREE! My husbands address disapeared in mid DEC and reapeared the first week of Jan then on Jan 20 got a call from the Embassy to pick up papers. Before this day we didnt hear anything about the application after the AOR in the first week of June 2011. So 7 months went without an update to ecas, no emails, no mail, no phone calls NOTHING until 2 weeks after the disappeared address reapeared. I think it means something. |

I noticed yesterday, that my husband´s address disappeared, however, when I, the sponsor, log in, the address is still there. So my question to you is: Did both of your addresses disappear or only the address of the sponsored person?

We just noticed that my wife's address disappeared from her eCAS today. I had just called my MP to ask for an update on our file when I noticed the change (somehow I doubt that the two were related). Hopefully this means some sort of change or update is happening. False hope it might be, but it's better than no hope right?
