Additional Request after Medicals ?? (Advice Qorax?)

I am a FSW applicant and have submitted my application to the London visa office.

I need some information:

My application was submitted in March 2011 and everything went smoothly. I was requested to do my medicals & completed my medicals in Sept 2011 (1st week of Sept 2011). The medical results received line was added on Oct 9th 2011 . I was expecting my PPR but an added request came for updated schedule A form and that was also sent by end Oct 2011 and has been received.

Could someone please let me know how long will it take for PPR & if someone else who had to go through additional document request after medicals could shed some light.
