Dears..
i need an advice regarding filling up form4506..
i'm required to fill 2 copies, one for myself "main applicant" and another copy for my spouse, i'm wondering should i put my name as an applicant in my copy and my spouse copy too or she will be the applicant in her own copy?

She will be applicant in her copy and u as spouse
