Additional Family Information (Conjugal Partner)

Hi

I'm trying to complete 5406 (Additional Family Information). I am in Auckland and wanting to move to Toronto where my partner of 18 months is. My Questions:

1. Do I include my mother and father in section A?
2. Do I include my 2 brothers and sister in section C?
3. Do I include my girlfriend (conjugal partner) in section A even though it only says "Spouse or Common-law partner"

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely include your parents and siblings.

For your conjugal partner, I am not sure. Maybe include her, and then attach a note explaining she is your conjugal partner.

I just read your other post, where you seem to be trying to apply as a common-law partner. IF you have lived together for a year, you should definitely include her as your common-law partner.
