Additional family info....

Do we need any proof of relationship with sibling/family members ??
or any further info like...DOB/Education degree from siblings/family members ??

Some one told me to also send copy of passport of your family members..!!!

I am married and does me and my partner need to fill Additional family info....??

Only for Spouse & children (DOB only)

Of course you do need the marriage certificate to prove your marital status.

If you are claiming adaptability points for family in Canada, then yes, you have to establish the connection or relationship.

If you ask about the form IMM5406E, then yes, you have to fill the form twice, once for you, your parents/brothers/sisters details, and the second one fir your spouse, her parents/brothers/sisters details.

However if you decide not to include their details in this form, then, you can't sponsor them late, and they can't claim adaptability points later as well.
