Whose parents do I put down? mine right? (I'm the applicant)
section C.
and for brothers and sisters, I only put mine,right? not my brother/sister in laws?

Yes, you list the applicant's (your) children (if any), parents and siblings on the Additional Information Form.

No, no need to include in-laws, they are interested in your relatives, not the ones you acquired by marriage.

I put my family member's full names (incl middle), as we've a fairly common last name and I didn't want any mix-ups due to that.

Thank you Smiley  one last question.lol in all spaces that aren't filled in since I don't have as many siblings as there is boxes should i write Not Applicable in the rest just to be safe? and should i state there half siblings?

You can put in the N/A if you like, I guess it does no harm.  I didn't put it in, as I recall.

I have two brothers and two half-brothers, and I defined my half-brothers separately.

You should include half-siblings and step-siblings. Put their full name - including the middle name - if you know it. N/A is not necessary, but won't hurt.
