Additional Family Info form, kinda confused

In the guidelines they say that the main applicant and spouse should fill this form. Meaning the main applicant will fill it with his parents and siblings names AND the accompanying spouse should fill the same form.

BUT, in Section A, the "Applicant" and "Spouse" columns are fixed, so if I write my name and the spouse and my parents, how would they know which form is the main applicant's and the other is for the accompanying spouse?

Section A: Applicant will be you and details of your family members

               The same form will be filled by your spouse and when she fills in -
               She  will be the applicant and will include her family members
Your spouse is the Co-Applicant

I understand that my spouse will be the Co-applicant, but it doesn't say that in the form. So how will CIC distinguish bt the two forms? (who's the main applicant and who's not)

It's like the Schedule A form, they ask us to "indicate if your the main applicant or accompanying.."...

CIC would know that you are the main applicant when you fill up the GENERIC form IMM0008. Pg 2...they specifically ask for Applicant's name and DOB and on pg 3 information regarding DEPENDANT is required.

That's absolutely correct. Ask tons of questions, on this Forum if you have any doubts or even if they seem silly....someone will surely answer your questions. Its better to be 100% sure than be sorry latter.
