I'm confused about the 'Additional Family Information Form IMMM 5406'. I am the applicant and am married to a Canadian citizen who resides in Canada. Neither of us have any children. Do I (applicant) still fill out Section A and put my spouse on the 2nd line even though he is a Canadian? Do I also put my parents who are Americans and are not immigrating anywhere? Also, Section C says brothers and sisters, do I have each of my brothers fill out one of these forms as they are not immigrating anywhere either? Please help!

Yes, to all of your questions.  This is a generic form used for most classes of immigration.  Fill it out completely.

Fill out the form completely.  You do need to include your spouse, as they are sponsoring you.

Your brothers do not need to complete a form, but you need to list them on that form.

Yes, you have to put your spouse on line 2. If no spouse is listed, you have to sign below that section certifying that you have no spouse, meaning any spouse, including a Canadian , has to be listed.

Yes, list your parents in the first section as well. The parents don't submit medicals or photos, but they do have to be listed here.

You have to fill out Section C, listing all your brothers and sisters, including half-and step-siblings. But they do not have to submit photos or medicals, as they are not immigrating.

Hello, I'm filling out the family information form but In section C ,they ask abt all my brothers, sister, stepbrother and sister. My concern is My Dad (peace to his soul) had three wife but not maried to any of them, so he had around 20 kids with these 3 women include my mother (lol yah I know it's funny but it's serious for me). So in the section C ,I realy dont how to fill out this part as I know only my brothers and sisters from my mother and don't know really all the children from the two other .I don't know all of my brothers and sisters ,only the ones form my mother, So please can you explain how should fill out tha part??? Should I need to fill out that part with only my brothers and sisters from my mom, OR should I need to fill it out with all the brothers and sisters from the other women too as I don't know all of them???.

Please somebody Help me

P.S : Me and my bothers and sisters from my mother ,we are 10 .
And I think the other bro and sis from the other women must be 8 or more

WOW! Big family!  You must include all of your half-brothers and sisters too. So the answer is yes.  You can attach the additional information on a separate page.  You must do the best you can.  If you don't know something (like birthdate, address, etc.) write UNKNOWN in the space.  Hopefully you at least know all of their full names and the country where they were born.  But make an effort to get as much information as you can.
