Additional Family Form

Hi. I am applying under a spouse visa. When filling in the Additional Family Form,
does that mean I include my mother, father and brother even though they are
not accompanying me to Canada.
And I don't include my spouse on that form right?

I think "family" in this case refers to your spouse and any dependent children you have, who are not already citizens of Canada, regardless they would accompany you to Canada or not.

You need to include all memebers of immediate family (siblings, parents) as well as your spouse.  They ask you to sign underneath if you don't list a spouse.  Don't sign there.

The siblings and parents are only included on the IMM 5406, only dependent children are included in the application IMM 8
