Good day everyone!

I have received a letter from Manila embassy it was indicated "At the end of this document is a request for additional documentation required within 45 days." But there was no specific document/s that was requested.

I sent an email to the embassy to clarify what document/s are required, if any, so that I can submit them on time.

Is there anything I can do while waiting for their response?

Do you have any idea what documents i should send, or should i just ignore the letter?

Thank you very much!

I am hoping for some help in this matter.

As the letter does not indicate what they need, you don't have to worry about it. Any how you did mail the embassy about the fact. If they did an error or omission, they will correct accordingly.
