I am the only one applying for PR since both my children are over 22 years old and are independant. So do I need to fill in the Additional Dependants/ Declaration forms as well? I am not using a representatives, do I fill in that form too?

You can show them in the additional family information form. IMM 5406 - Section B

Yes, I need to fill IMM5406 but do I skip the Additional Dependants/ Declaration form?
