Hi I am a PR of Canada presently residing in Dubai.I have got a daughter (newborn) and dont know how to get her a PR status. When I checked with the Embassy in Abudhabi they told me they can do for me when I go to settle down in Canada but they would require my Dubai Visa cancellation page in my passport which could only prove that I am going from here for good. But my problem is that after cancelling the Resident Visa in Dubai my employer would hand over the Passport in the Airport only.So I decided to apply from India.Does anybody knows which forms to fill, where to apply, what all documents are required, how much money is needed to apply and is any deposit at time of landing required again and within how many days it can be done?I know that I asked a lot of questions, but please help me.

You still have to be residing in Canada to sponsor a child overseas and you must remain in Canada during the process.  So either you or your spouse is going to have to return to Canada. The sponsorship and application are sent to Mississauga and if approved, sent to the overseas office.  The forms are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/fc.asp

Thanks PMM but I was told that we will be able to go together now, after cancelling the present resident visa of Dubai and on the condition that I should go and settle there. Are you sure that anyone of us (me or spouse) should go and settle there to apply for my newborns PR?

What it appears that they are willing to do, is if you and your spouse cancel your residency in Dubai, then they will issue either a TRP or TRV so the child can travel with you to Canada.  Then once in Canada, you can sponsor the child through Buffalo, if she is admitted to Canada for a year.  It is either that or one of you returns to Canada to sponsor the child and remains there during the sponsorship.  I would bet though, if go that route, CIC won't believe that you are returning to Canada permanently since you already said you don't want to cancel your residency in the UAE.  As the saying goes "you can't have your cake and eat it too"

Atlast I got TRP for my kid. They asked for copy of my resignation letter with proof of acceptance, visa cancellation proof for the entire family and proof of end of service benefits received from my employer within a months time since I applied for the TRP.Also they took fees of AED 730.
They gave the TRP on the passport the next day.
