Hi guys,
I got my AOR for Ontario PNP  on 15th of July had medicals done 25th of July and on 4th of August i got married.I first thought of sending all the documents  required  right away..but then i thought if  i MIGHT miss something ,they could return it  as i dont have list of things they need for updating my application.  so i just  mailed them a letter stating im married now and that i want to add my spouse , with that i also attached a copy of the marriage certificate  and asked them for a list of things i need to submit.

For last  four weeks i am expecting a reply from them stating list of documents i need to submit in order to add my wife..Should i stop waiting and send them whatever i  have as im afraid the wait might be delaying the overall application duration ... The things im going to  include are:

1) IMM0008 generic form (updated)
2) IMM 5406 family composition form (from spouse side)
3) IMM0008 schedule A (from  spouses side)
4)copies of educational degrees attested (from  spouses side)
5) 4 photographs of spouse (what size ?) ive used 35-45 mm
6)  spouses birth and marriage certifictaes
7) copy of spouses passport pages
8.) Police certificates from spouse end
9) additional processing fee

So guys am i delaying my application process waiting for their acknowledgement on things i need to send or should i just send them these things right away without their notification. i have also emailed buffalo biut no reply yet..
please help  Sad

rbolla.
thats the list of needed items from last year.
what if there is some new thing added to the overall list..they will send me a new note to send the left doc.
And besides, should not we notify them first and only send them the docs if they approve so?

Hi I got this information from website...
If paying in Canadian funds, make your payment instrument payable to the Receiver General for Canada. Payment in Canadian funds by bank draft or certified cheque must be drawn on a bank located in Canada.

Hi rbolla:
It looks like you applied for PNP PR and during the processing of application your marital status changed.

I have two questions:
1) Did you add your spouse as accompanying or non-accompanying? How long your PR application will be delayed due to change in your marital status?
2) Did you get your wife's work permit during the processing of your PNP PR?

Thank You
