Adding family members after receiving medical request

Hi Seniors

I have just received the medical request from CHC New Delhi. In my initial application to NS Canada, i had submitted forms with my family members as non-accompanying, but now i would like them to accompany me to Canada. My question is Can I add them to the application for PR at this point. Also whats the documentation required apart from the processing fees for the members.

Also Is it possible to engage an Immigration Consultant (CSIC member) for the rest of the services at this time.
