1.  You and your spouse have to amend your IMM008 and your IMM 5406, include the child as dependent, pay the fee of $150, send copies of the birth certificate and passport as well as the required pictures.  Then you wait for CHC to send you medical instructions for the child.  No RPRF for dependent children.

My brother,
Taking a passport photograph of an infant is not easy but it is possible. I took close to 30 shots before I could get a suitable one. The baby cant sleep all day so u have to take it while awake. Just let the baby lie on her back with a white shawl at the background and keep on adjusting her head to ur satisfaction. You will gt a suitable shot.
All the best

hey PMM,
you said "you and your spouse have to amend your IMM008 and your IMM 5406.."  pls correct me if I'm wrong ; me and My spouse, will we both update our IMM008 & IMM5406, even I am the principe applicant.. so in this case, 2 for me + 2 for spouse = 4 updated form will be sent.. not just for me...Correct ??

Actually, there's only one IMM0008 per application (from the principal applicant) so it would be 3 updated forms:

1) IMM0008 from you, the principal applicant
2) IMM5406 from you
3) IMM5406 from your wife

Congratulations on the recent addition to your family.   May your baby have a wonderful life ahead, full of happiness and success.

... OUR RETURNED APPLICATION ,

Am i correct in assuming that your initial application has been rejected ??

If so i assume you start from scratch and include your baby in all the relevant forms this time.
You would also need to include the additional $150 for the baby onto your processing fee
