No nee dto resubmit any forms just what i stated above , ensure you submit the $150 processing fee so they dont delay processing

im noticing a discrepancy with the form submission you can send a query to your VO asking them.

My dear. Forms to be submitted is only ADDITIONAL FAMILY INFORMATION. This is to provide CHC with updated data on the family and nothing else.

No offence dear but do u think that simple payment of fee/birth certificate/ picture submission by applicant and CHC will themselves fill out the form for applicant Huh This may be the one of case but not a bench mark / procedure. I have shared the standard procedure and suggest to follow.
