in factor 6 adaptability part of the guide, i am confused if i can claim points for my spouse education as well as my relative (my brother in canada)
can i claim points for both or just one at a time coz statement written there is bit confusing, as far as i understand it, i think i can claim points for both of them (spouse + relative).
please confirm.

You can claim points for both.
Your Spouse + Your Brother.
You need to show proof for both of them.

thanks bro,
do i need to give proof at the time of doc to CIO as first place.
more over i can get my father family tree from pakistan to show relationship and my brother canadian passport (but passport dont show father name) and even in my brother tax papers and other utility bills, no where is mentioned father name.
if i provide family tree from pakistan + my brother canadian passport copy (not showing father name in it).
do you think it would be sufficient proof?
do i need to send this proof to CIO also?

Proof only at the time when submitting complete application to local visa office. You will have to prove your blood relation with your brother and you will have to arrange some documents. Affidavit can only support it but can not only be sufficient to prove it.
