Hi,

You need to have a masters degree to score 22 points or you can try to score more in your IELTS if you are not already getting 16.

Dear saki bhai

I think he will get 22 points because of 3 years BS, look at the followign extracts from Instruction Guide:

A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 22 Points

Please correct me if I am wrong.

Regards

Azhar

The three year BS is a Bachelor of Science Degree, correct?  If this is so, and NOT a three year DIPLOMA, then I think it looks like 20 points.  If you had TWO Bachelor Degrees it would be 22.  It doesn't make much sense, but that is how they award the points.
Two or more university degrees at the Bachelor's level AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 22
A three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship AND at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 22
A university degree of two years or more at the Bachelor's level, AND at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study 20

It is late at night here and I may not be thinking straight, but did you put on your other thread that you ALSO had a 3 year Nursing Diploma?  If that is the case I think 22 is your mark, but why the two different sets of education credits on two threads?   Cheesy
Why have you only put your education as follows?
-10  10 years
11-12  2 years
BS      3 years
