Acknowledgment not recived

Dear Seniors
Assalam Mu Alikum
Eid Greating to all seniors, My name is Saima Perveen belongs from Peshawar,
I have applied as skilled worker and submitted my Simplified 3 pages application
and along with Bank Draft made by the name of ReciverGeneral for Canada,and posted through TCS to Canadian High Commission on 09.02.2009, before the new ruls which are implement in April 2009.
I need help from my seniors that I have not got any acknowledgment yet,I have checked my TCS  tracking # for which thay send me detail information that your file is delivered on 10th Feb 2009 to Sofia Dispatcher.
But after that I am still waiting for any responce from Canadian High Commission.
Dear Seniors I hope you people will help me in this matter that whats happned to my documents and Bank draft.

Hi Saima,

Kindly provide where have you posted your application to is it Nova Scotia or somewhere else, as i understand from the thread, all new applications need to go ti NS first for primilary screening and after that they allow 120 days for submission of all docs to local CHC.

r u right that u sent in on April, 09, i mean is the year correct as u said.

coz if u have submitted the application with simplified pack which is only 3 pages, i think it is wrong, as at that time the application will have to be sent to CIU in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada & not to the local CHC. also the application will have to be 5 forms but without supporting docs. as i am not an immigration expert, plz always take some other member's opinion also.

However, even though i thiink it's wrong, u don't need to stress out. All u have to do is to give the local CHC a call & tell them that u want ur application back giving as much details as possible. And when they return ur application u can send the correct application to Sydney, NS. still don't take my advise as 100%  correct & consult with others on this matter,

Did your bank draft been encashed yet or not ?
You should ask your bank, it's the only way to know if your application where opened at CHC & has been forwarded and processed at sidney CIO.

7 months seems too long for the initial stage, I think there's an issue somewhere...

Have a nice day, dear I have applied as a skilled worker on 9th Feb 2009,submitted three simplified forms along with Bank Draft for (CAD 1100/-) by the name of Receiver General for canada to the Bank of Montrial 234 Simco Street 3rd Floor Toronto Ontarioo Mstiti Canada A/C 3169-1056928.
I have posted my forms and draft through TCS, TCS staff send me detail infromation about my Consignment, that your shipment has correctly been delivered in dispatch section of Canadian High Commission as per normal practice to Sofia (Dispatcher)on 10th February 2009  Time:1050 Hrs at Islamabad.But after few months I have posted few email to the concerned authorites at Islamabad,after a long wait I have recived a mail which contains which is mentioned below:-

Federal Skilled Worker Application Information‏
Dear Applicant,
Mrs. Saima Perveen
 This is in response to your email below.
 Effective April 1, 2009, all applications in the skilled worker category must be submitted directly to the Central Intake Office (CIO) in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada.   
 
Our office in Islamabad has no involvement in these files unless an application is found eligible for processing and is referred to the visa office.
 
Please note that CIO Sydney does not send any acknowledgement letters to confirm the receipt of applications in their office.  Once they have made a determination regarding whether or not you are eligible to have your application referred to a visa office, you will be notified by way of letter.
 
You may wish to monitor your application parcel using the tracking number/airway bill number provided by the courier company to check for the delivery of your application. If your courier details confirm the delivery of your mail parcel then your application will be processed in due course.

After reciving this infromation I did not got any infromation, now I cont understand where to go and what to do, help me in this matter.

Dear Seniors Salam to all
I cont understand because I have made my bank draft by private money exchange satuated in Deans Plaza at Peshawar , when I paid the amount thay asked me to come at 4:00pm after that I got my bank draft for 1100/CAD by the name of Recevier Genral for Canada draft was made by Alfalah Bank and there was mentioned account number and complete address.Know from where I can conferm that my draft has bee encashed. may I conferm from Malik Traders or from Bank Alfalah, hope you can help me in this satuation

You should ask the bank (bring a photocopy of the draft with you).
