Does CPC-Mississauga usually send acknowledgement of receipt to the sponsor once they receive the package or I have to wait 40 days to hear from them?

No, CPC-M does not send acknowledgement of receipt.

Nope, unless you used a trackable postal service. I did that for peace of mind.

well I am not sure if you are talking about paper mail..but they do send out a confirmation e-mail...but thats only once the case is approved....soo I guess you'll just have to wait 45 days

you can send the documents through registered mail, and just have peace of mind that way I guess :S

Are you sure that they are going to send out a confirmation email when the sponsorship is approved??

If an email has been included in the application, the sponsor should receive an email confirmation of sponsorship approval however in some cases they have sent the approval by post, even when an email has been provided.

Yup, I provided my email address but Missasauga still contacted me via post. Yet London contacted me only via e-mail. I guess it just depends on the individual.

both my husband the PA and myself put our emails on the applications, neither of us has had any communication via email
