Acknowledgement of CSQ Application

Hi,
I recently applied for CSQ to MICC Office in Damascus.
According to the courier report the emvelope is delivered,
But so for I have not received any Acknowledgement from MICC Office in Damascus.
Do they contact the applicant when they receive the application package?
I will appreciate for sharing yr experience.
