I have sent additional documents to VO, do they update that in current status.
I check my application status daily morning... would VO add any statement for received additional documents?

no, it will continue to reflect "IN PROCESS" only after medicals are received they update inside that "medical report received". for this you have to use courier tracking. or if you get no response for a long time (meaning few months) from vo, then you may send a personal enquiry.
