Accra Timeline Pls

I am a Permanet resident in Canada Sponsoring My Wife and my 1year old Son from Nigeria(Tru ACCRA Visa Office),Accra started proccessing the application April this year and i received a DNA requist letter in AUG 5th which i have already done and the result indicated am the biological father...Just woundering if this could be the last stage,if there is gonna be more step in processing after knowing my wedding and kid is geniune(just curious), the process is just 3months now and this worries me as Accra visa office mininum processing time is 12-22month the longest in the world.i will appreaciate some general advise on this
