accra applicants pls your attention is highly needed

hai guyz,a friend of mine who also applied in 2001 like i did,checked his status online and it was stated there that his medical has been received and a decision would be made soon.but he has not received any message from cic in accra apart from the acknowledgement of his application in 2001.he later sent a mail to accra which they replied,telling him that his application was refused based on the information they had at that time.but to his surprise,his status states that a decision has been made.what do you think?maybe something is fishing cos his lawyer has refused to even explain to him what went wrong.

If he had a representative (his lawyer) the refusal would have been sent to the lawyer.  The fishy part is probably the lawyer.

pmm,is it possible that someone is using this guy's identity now.maybe the visa has been issued?this guy didnt go for medical and it was stated on his status that he has done medical and the result has been received.what do u think

Hi, the best thing to do is to contact Accra and explain this. Start by telling them that you see medical received but you have not gone for any medical. That will help them look at it. Ideally you can use fax rather than email.If possible send a hardcopy of your letter by courier so that it gets to as many people as possible.

How come somebody wey no do Medicals, get status on eCAS as "Medicals Received".

Make you, Email dem, Fax dem, Write Dem. Just do anything wey go wake yanga up at accra.
