Hi Guys !

I want to land in canada in oct, i am accountant by profession , any advice i know its very tough to get the desired job in canada ; still trying my luck  want to land in canda for 20 Days ; but 20 Days i think wll not be enough to sattle down

Any jobs Website;

I think you have to re do Accountancy exams in Canada. It would best to check the Accounting Bodies and find out what schools do the exams (I believe you can do online courses but not sure) and cost of redoing your exams first.

You will not get an Accountancy job unless you have passed the required grades in Canada.

I would say no to both. the reason is the two most desired accounting qualifications in Canada are CA and CGA. To get a good job and bright future one should opt for CA or CGA than CMA or CIMA. CA & CGA are canadian educations and will always have an upper hand over other quals.

hello,

would it be any good to continue ACCA in canada as i have started it in uk, just in case i don't get to finish it in time..  but it seems  like it's never been mentioned previously in the thread.
