as at this point, your only chance under the FSW category will be arranged employment.  No job offer will mean automatic refusal.

You may however consider your chances under the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP).  Those who could not make it under the FSW Category take their chances in the PNP.  There is another set of forum for those under PNP.  Click Home and you'll find it somewhere in the list.

Hi...

How about those applicants who have applied under Accountants (FSW1) ...ie.. when it was in the list?
Will they get refusal too?

I had applied under Fin.Accountants & Auditors (FSW1) in March 2010 and it was approved by NS-CIO.
and docs.requested under the 120days rule.
Will such applicants too be refused? Or only new applicants after 26/06/2010?
Do advise on it.
