A diploma, trade certificate, apprenticeship, or university degree of two years or more and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent studies: 4 points

1. Please confirm if one wife has completed 14 years of education and has received Bachelors in Science degree(2 Years Program)  from Karachi University  how many adaptability points will given ?

2. In case recently we have seen the Visa Officer has given  3 adaptability points to candidates who wife was Bachelors of Arts
what is the reason for giving 3 points  ?

Thanks for your help !

There is no reason. For 14 years complete education University degree/diploma 4 points are awarded. .
One reason could be that the university which awarded the degree/diploma is not registered or acreddited so points are awarded for highschool education only..
This is a possibility.

Thanks for your help !
Pls check page 44 of the op Manual.
