Hi seniors

I am applying from Chc Uk

But my spouse is in Pakistan

How can i apply for her can she send her passport to me via DHL??


Or she has to send her passport directly ChC uk

Please reply soon as possiblr

She'll have to apply through CHC Islamabad.

I know.. but I think, it's only possible when you both are applying from same country / CHC.. coz you'll have to send both applications in one single package. Also, legally, it's forbidden to transfer Passports via Courier Services to other countries.

yes. you can apply for her spouse visa after your landing in canada

To send passport through courier service to another country is not allowed at any cost.

She will have to apply to the Islamabad Embassy ....

Yes, after few months, you can send her an invitation letter, which she'll add with her visit visa application while applying  @  CHC Islamabad. Also, you'll need to provide Financial related documents in order to prove that either of you or both of you have more than enough funds to bear the expenses of Air Ticket, Living Cost and other Stuff. Also, she'll need to satisfy VO that she'll leave Canada at the end of her stay by showing either propert(y/ies) on her name, a job or any other home tie.
