Hello,
First let me know that the information forwarded to me by you, with regards to accompany the family members, after the approval of case, is available at internet authenticated by Canadian Immigration Department.

Second I need to ask that my spouse is master degree holder, could i secure 5 numbers for qualification if she does not accompany me.

If she is not accompanying... you will not get any points.
Page 33 of the Operation Manual: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/manuals/op/op06-eng.pdf

"if an applicant's spouse or common-law partner is no longer accompanying them, then any
points that they may have received for their adaptability cannot be counted;"
