Accomodation in Vancouver

I want to come to vancover. Can anybody suggest me how to find a reasonable accomodation in Canda.

Vancouver is kind of an expensive city.  I'm not sure anything is "reasonable."  But I think there are 2 good ways to find a place to live here.

1) http://vancouver.craigslist.ca/

2) Drive around neighborhoods that you would like to live in and look for vacancy signs.  All of the apartment complexes have their phone number listed outside the building, as well as an indication of whether they have rooms available.
