Hello,

I have a Bright Basement Room available in Raised Bungalow in Etobicoke

Looking for a clean and peaceful single professional or a student to occupy a bright unfurnished basement room in a quiet bungalow from January 1.

The house is in a good location, close to all amenities:

- Major Bus routes to Kipling and Islington Station
-Pearson International Airport
- Woodbine racetracks
- Major Hotels
- Albion Shopping Mall
- Woodbine Shopping Mall
- Walmart, No Frills, Home Depot and more
- Minutes to Humber College and Humber River Hospital

> Preference for minimum 6 month commitment.

> Common facilities are to be shared with 2 other tenants.

> No smoking and no drinking a MUST!

> Utilities and parking are included

> Payment for first and last month is required

LSBF is in a completely different part of the city. Unless you plan to have a car or are OK with a long commute on public transit, I wouldn't recommend that you live in Etobicoke.
