Hi All,

My CEC application is refused due ot the absence of the employee reference letter in application.

Your application was assessed based on the occupation(s) which you identified as part of your skilled work experience in Canada:

I am not satisfied that you meet the skilled work experience requirement(s) because you did not provide an employer reference letter that indicates where you are currently working in Canada. Moreover, your contract with your employer indicates that you could have been be deployed to any location or site abroad at any point in time.

I would like to apply to get the information on my application to ensure what else i need to submit along with the employee reference letter next time.

To know this, what should i request in the below document in section B.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5563E.pdf

Thanks...

You need to order GCMS & CAIPS both to see the notes and yes the officer would have noted in the reasons it was rejected. but i suggest wati for someone else to reply as some people have actually ordered this stuff and it had helped people in past.

You can apply for both (FOSS as well as CAIPS/GCMS). But I have heard FOSS takes more time.

If I were to pick one I would pick CAIPS/GCMS.

Thanks.

CAIPS/GCMS ONLY.  FOSS is for inland (family class) applicants.   This is stated in the directions...

Not so, if you order them together, it usually all arrives at once.

No - ordering CAIPS/GCMS does not delay processing - it's just a print out of your computer record, it's done in Ottawa.  If you order a copy of your entire file, that's a different matter, because the VO actually has to do it.

Visa office is Buffalo, New York. Are you sure you don't have a file #? It begins with letter B and 9 digits - check again. My understanding is that, the only time a file # is not created is when the application is incomplete in which case they return to applicant.

If you only have an application number afterall, I would enter it and make sure you indicate it is an application #. Also include your client ID or UCI.

I did check again but i only received Application number starting with E followed by 9 digits. In ECAS my status is showing as decision made.

I am confused now whether my application will be sent back or i need to gather all the documentation again.

In either case, i need to reapply.

Thanks...

The E-file number is good, use that.

Your application will not be returned, you need to gather all the documentation again.
