I want to Apply for ACCA in Canada. I have seen two Colleges Stouffville college and LSBF.

Please can you hell me in deciding which college is best for me and during my study will I be Able to do a job during study.

or is there any one who got ACCA visa from Pakistan.

As you are ACCA student and left with 6papers than it's good option to study in Canada ACCA. As, ACCA is not that much recognize in Canada because they prefer there CA and CGA.

CGA and ACCA has signed mutual recognition but there is problem you have to be ACCA Member to get this which required 3years of related field experience.

Stouffville and LSBF both are private institute and are not in the list of Canada who can work legally 20hours per week but you can work illegally as well and if you caught which is rare you will be depot

Stouffville required 200$CND approx draft to send you Letter of Acceptance where else LSBF required 50% fees draft to send you Letter of Acceptance. Stoufville give you no bulk purchase off courses where else LSBF give you discounts on 3, 6, 9 papers. 

Yes, lots of students got visa and landed as well and lots of applicants applied for visa as well for January intake and I am one of them too

So, it's my advice if you want to complete ACCA and want to secure your future complete your alteast first 9papers in Pakistan, submit your Bsc thesis and try to complete 3years practical experience as well than when you complete your ACCA in Canada you can CGA membership as well.

2nd Option is do ACCA by yourself and take admission in any community college or university which will allow you 20hours work per week as well and after completing it you will get 1 to 3 years of work permit as well depending on your degree or diploma.

cga is very good professional qualification, most cgas earn more than average rate of pays of canada  .. i also plan to do it ..if i get student visa. international students can do cga and we get credits for our past studies . I am chartered accountant from india.

nice to see some guys going for accounting.

acca also has mutual recognition agreement with cga canada.

it also recognises professionals from pakistan , india.

no man...........very few people who got visa these college stouffville or LSBF toronto...........many of the students are waiting and some got rejection......i also applied at stouffville college and i am worried

In my opinion you should apply in Post Graduate Diploma or Master Program in College or University

Don't apply for ACCA as it worthless in Canada and you wont be able to apply for work permit as well. .

I know a consultant from Canada  who is on family vacation in Karachi now a days and I am also from Karachi

plz donot get addmission in stouffville or lsbf college bcz they are pirvate & visa chances is too low and their is no chances of getting PR ........nd off campus work permit & graduate work permit .........try to check these colleges and universities in this which offer work permit  http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/study/institutions/participants.asp          u have good in ilets and mba so try to get addmission relivant study

i am planning to do my last 6 papers of acca from lsbf torronto i have found out that the chances of getting a visa are not to good and and you are not allowed to work part time but i am willing to take this risk if i no for sure that i will get a work permit after completing acca . some people have told me that the BSC degree will help you to get a work permit not acca...

If it is a private college which i am sure it is, then no off campus work permit or Post graduate work permit.........and low chances of visa......
