Im here in AbuDhabi and i want to go there in canada as permanent residency because my relatives was already there, also I want to work there and Im willing to apply for a job. Im a Filipino citizen, single and working here in UAE for 2yrs.

What visa do i need to apply? It would be a cross country for me?

Try to get assistance from your relatives to get a Canadian employment offer for your self. So you could come here as a foreign worker, by obtaining a work permit. If you are already having a job which falls into the job categories mentioned by Job_seeker you may apply for your PR under Federal Skilled Worker Category. If you are not fitting into one of those job cetegories below here as a TFW. Once you arrive you can go for Provincial nomination category or Canadian Experience class for PR as well.

The cap is reached for NOC 1122. To apply under FSW : http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/skilled/index.asp . Follow the links. Assess yourself. There's a self assessment tool. You need at least 67 points. Explore also PNP (depending on where your relatives are).

My Auntie in canada tell me to get an INDEPENDENT IMMIGRANT FORM,
isn't just the same of the  SKILLED workers/PROFESSIONAL class form.

What are the form that I need to Fill-up?

I am single working here in abu dhabi and graduate in BS degree.
