I might be wrong but what takes you to anticipate the possible delays or think of a deadline? Usually one should not waste even a single day to send passport for visa after having been to wait for long to yield this stage... Probably all you need are to fill in forms and send photos along with... But I am sure you have some valid reason of asking... Anyway all the very best dear
