About work permit and Sasketchewan Nominee program

I am doing Cerificate ( 8 months ) course in Ontario. My course will complete in Aug. 2011.

If I will get a work permit , How many months work permit will I get?

And If I go to Saskatchewan for Nominee Program, will I get P.R. within work permit time?

8 months if the program meets the criteria, unlikely that you would get PR within 8 months as the overseas processing of PNP applications averages are here: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/provincial.asp
