hi everybody
I have a question about work experience.
When I was a student at university, the first year and second year I have worked part time as student  (IT Support)
This can help me to receive more points in Work Experience, i have worked 2 year.

Yes, you can as long as you comply with the R80:

be full-time work, which, according to R80(7), is equivalent to at least 37.5 hours of paid work per week. Full-time work experience requirement may be met by the equivalent in part-time paid work experience, e.g. more than one part-time job held simultaneously or one or more part-time jobs held over the equivalent of one year of full-time work. Experience can be calculated by adding up the number of weeks of full-time work, i.e. 37.5 hours per week in one job or a total of at least 37.5 hours per week in more than one job, in one or more of the NOC categories. Periods of work of less than 12 months during the 10 years immediately preceding the date of the application may be added together and divided by 12 to calculate the number of years

Required Full-time work experience only, it will not count you worked part time, and even you worked before finishing of your course of study this is also mostly not satisfied the CIC, but generaly first priority of CIC count full-time experience. read more on CIC manual for FSW.

Not exactly, he can claim part time work as long as it's paid, 37.5 hrs a week and on the same NOC. Check R80 in the IRPA, and OP06.

Cheers

No worries expl0rer, before or after studying has no relevance here.

Get yourself an experience letter for that period with details of more than 37.5 hours a week, paid...etc with list of duties that are close to your NOC, and it will definitely worl.

Good luck,

You should be careful not to damage your point claimed for education by your part-time work during studies.
