You can join a college using Student visa and dont need a AINP. What is your aim? Join a college to study or work in AB?

dude check out website of each university. unlike USA, there are just a few universities(max 15) in Canada and it would take maximum half an hour to know what you want to know.

Try this one

I think you need only TOEFL to get into Bachelor of Engineering
(depending on your abilities)

Something can be arranged. Would like to get admission into non-AACSB accredited B-School? What was your Bachelors? Was that in Commerce/Accounting/Business Administration/finance?

My bachelors in Chemical engineering but I want to do masters in MBA.

There is no degree like masters in MBA. MBA is itself Masters in business administration...

Anyways, a college which gives u admission in MBA without GMAT is WASTE of MONEY. the purpose of MBA is % increase in salary wtr your previous profession. with a non-GMAT MBA college/university, you would earn same as u earn as a chemical engineer(unless you are in a government job where they might promote you just because u have a MBA).

So, until unless you are a kid of a rich dad, I would suggest not to do it. IT IS A BIG WASTE OF MONEY.

Redstar:

Generally, Decision to persue a MBA program has two type of core purpose so people invest thier time and Money:

The First Purpose:

Aquiring a Techno-Managerial skillset to be more competitive to success in your Organization or Industry. The good thing is that you already have chemical enginnering background so you have technical skills in your Industry and you want to learn managerial skills, decision making skills and leadership skills.

The Second Purpose:

Switching existing career of chemical engineering to these careers, as listed below, just because you are a wall street dreamer and you want to choose these careers:

Finance
Investment Banking
Merger & Aquisitions Consulting
Leveraged buy-out consulting
Arbritage
Capital Markets
Hedge funds
Equities & Derivatives
Corporate Finance
Retail Banking
Commercial banking
Wealth management
Institutional finance
Securities & Portfolio Management

But In terms of advise, I will never suggest to go for these above careers, especially for next five -ten years. These are "Toxic Careers" nowdays. In Canada, MBA will be useful if you go for the first purpose. This is also true that B-School in Canada will not accept you without GMAT.

Solution for GMAT: Mostly Canadian Universitites requires 550 GMAT score which is not a big deal if you just study 1 week, you will be able to get this score. GMAT fees is 250$. For more detailed information, visit these websites and enhance your horizons:
www.mba.com
www.gmac.com
www.ets.org
So you must take GMAT to get into B-school in Canada. Otherwise be ready to get degree from a non-accredited university.

Solution for TOEFL: As you are already working in United States and if your previous education in Home country in english language, you can request a TOEFL waiver. Remember, You should have a documentry evidence which demonstrates that in your previous education, The language of instruction was English.

If that is the case then you should think of MBA Project Management or MBA Operations & Management. Like I said that these two will fill the need of techno-managerial skills and your core education need which is lack of masters. But remember, these MBA in operations/technology/Engineering/MIS/Project management have competitive admission process so you might have to perform a bit more than score of 550 which just make you eligibile to apply.
MBA Admission never totally depends on GMAT, Your GPA, Letters of recemondations, Statement of purpose/Essays and experience are also core component of Admission.
Your chemical engineering work experience migh help you in getting admission. What is your designation?
