Hello cute,
Can you tell me what is AVR (Automatic visa revalidation).Since I have to go to get my PR papers to Canada and I do not have a current H1B Visa stamp on passport (have I-797 extention till 2011)  I am very worried as how will i re-enter US without valid stamp ?
   Your answers will help immensely.

AVR is a process where you can enter legally in USA, but there is a clause, if you go canada( want to use avr) you are not suppose to go out side canada and not suppose to go for H1b staming in canada. Its really easy process last week i went to canada and came back to US on same day using AVR.
