I will start the sponsoring process for my wife who live in Thailand. My question is: Should I send the medical and the Thai record police now? or Should my wife wait until They ask her for these documents? I'm a little confuse about these I would thank your help guys.
also I wanna know how long is the process at Singapore office.

Thank You

"When all else fails read the instructions"

In the instructions for spousal sponsorship, you include the receipt portion of the medicals and all the Police Certificates with the initial sponsorship and application to Mississauga.  Though for Thailand you probably require a letter from CHC Singapore to obtain the PCC.   For processing times see: http://tinyurl.com/3yfwn
