If you sent your application after 26th June 2010 then proof of funds are required with the application. Therefore your application will be rejected I think and returned to you as incomplete. Your choices are either to wait for it to come back then reapply  (however this could take up to 3 months to come back) or to send another application now with the proof of funds. Which NOC code are you? If you wait for the application to come back you may just about have enough time to send it off again before the 30th June 2010 end of fiscal year, if your NOC code is not one which is in danger of hitting the 1000 cap.

Or you could just sent proof of funds with a letter to CIO with your name, date of birth, address, NOC details etc in the hope that they will match it up before they do the completeness check. However, they usually do the completeness check pretty soon after receiving the application.

Best of luck,
Wayne.
