Hi, I have two serious questions about the payment of fees for the processing of Federal Workers Skilld, I have understood that the cost is CAD $ 550 Canadian per person, but in my case, I live in Peru and will use a Scotiabank cheque (here in Peru) but they can not print the cheque in Canadian dollars, Indeed any bank in Peru can do it ... so how can I do ? turn it into "new soles" (my local currency) or U.S. dollars??

The other thing is ... who is the benefciary of the cheque ...  or rather "Pay to the order of ..." Who? Somedbody told me that I must write  "EMBAJA DE CANADA",(EMBASSY OF CANADA in Spanish) is that true, in my mother language??

Read the Guide for Fee Payments. What it says there, you have to follow.
IT HAS TO BE IN CANADIAN FUNDS.
And Payable to Receiver General For Canada.
