Is it compulsory to take the english test?
Does the dependant have to take the english test even though she is from an english speaking country?
The primary applicant though is from a french speaking country but lived in the US for  6 yrs.

Also do we do the FBI clearance and sent it with the application? ( standard process not simplified)

1.  The Primary applicant claims French as his mother tongue if s/he was born in a French speaking country and his/her schooling and home language is French, then s/he won't have to take the TEF.  If s/he wants points for English, they would have to take IELTS.
2.  The dependent doesn't have to take a language test.

I have the same question along the line. I am from non english speaking country but currently working in US and also have master's degree from the US institution. Do I need to take the english test or I can be exempted?

I don't have any testing center near me, thats why I was asking for it. I will have to make plans to drive for couple of hours now ha!
