ECAS changes to "in process" in this week. Received a mail from Visa office, they need to proof my relative who lives in Canada. In the mail they says "We need to see bills, credit cards and utilities for the last six months and also income tax returns."

My question is what does it mean about the 'credit card'? Reading this mail I understand  this  the only 'purchase bill' from my relative's credit card (provided by the the seller in Canada) not the photocopy of Credit card.

So what document should I submit? Plz suggest seniors.

Credit card statements show a persons address and also usage. This is a way CIC can assure themselves your relatives are living in Canada.

What ever that proves your relative is currently residing in Canada is demanded. Send them utility bills, credit card bill, latest Income tax return etc etc.
