nothing since the AOR from buffalo. Not even 'in process' according to E-cas. Sad. Hope yours is going better.

I just looked at Buffalo on trackitt.com and it looks like medical requests in May 2009 were application that received their AOR in Nov 2008. I got an AOR from Buffalo in Feb, so maybe in three months time, i will get a medical request.

rupesh ur case is still better in kingston chc its worst, people from 2007 are waiting for medical request. i am thinkingof transfering my case to india , at least it will get process faster. i think theys end new staff only to places where the timeline is about 5-6 years to process faster , other places process is same.

I think they will be processing the pre feb 2008 application as well as post feb 2008 applications at the same time. I don't think that they will finish the one set before they start the next. Hopefully yours comes up soon. I think you are in post FEb 2008 set right?

Dear UStoCanada

Did you received letter from NS,Sydney or is this status change reflecting on E-Cas? Beacuse I was trying to check my status on E-Cas but last date of site modified is 200-05-13  .

Anybody else got status changed from Appliocation Received to some other.

Your comments will be appreciated

Hi Rupes

I hope you are fine. What is your eCAS at the momoent. Is it "in Process". From your writing you said that you received your AOR from Buffalo since Feb 2009, Why they do not send you the medical request yet?. In your AOR letter, what is the processing time on average is it 12 months as well like mine (for UK applicants) or different. My status is Received by Visa Office.

Good Luck.

They haven't started processing mine. Hopefully it will soon. I think they will only send medical request after it goes into in process. There was no timeline on my AOR. My status is
received by visa office.

Rupes r u applied to London or Buffalo, I think you are applied to the later one is it.

Anyone mine it said 12 months the average processing time, and my status is just received by London office without stated that we stated processing as you mentioned in your ecas.
