I am in the USA , I applied in January 2010, my NOC 0213, and submitted my all full documents in september 2010, after 3 try of IELTS I get less bands, total points is 62, my e-case status is docs recieved by VO, I got second AOR also.
my question is "VO ask me to submit IELTS result but got less bands and I submitted that Result, after 10days now VO ask me to submit proof of evidence for english languge, an example documentation of last project in USA only or for USA based client or published any artical in english language in news papers, or any book author, magazine author etc, so, I will going to send my technical documentation which is created by me only for one USA based engineering Fiber Optic cable client. that documentation actual size of 600 pages but I will going to send 25 pages from them , becasue VO ask me to submit minimum 15pages and not more than 30pages , even VO ask me to do not use complete address of company , just website and name of company is enough, even they wrote do not send any contact details of company but helpdesk numbers or customer service kind of numbers you can mentioned.
so what the mean is this I dont understand.
what are the chances for my file process. VO mentioned in letter my background and security is done, tickmark on those part in the letter which sent by VO to me.
I really dont understand anything, but guys I am looking for answer from you guys, what are the chances to get PR visa.

There is a 90% chances of approval of your case.Because you did not score well in the IELTS exam, eventually, an immigration officer wants to judge in different way whether you can communicate in english effectively. That is why the officer is asking for required documents which will prove your english language ability. In a nutshell, I can see a clear breakthrough of your case. Please do not be stressed. Just imagine you have landed in Canada.
