about PNP in ONT province

I knew sht abt PNP in ONT, it looks like if you got master degree in an Universtiy of ONT, then you could apply for immigration, but the question is, yesterday, someone told me that this PNP policy in ONT is only for 1000 people, IS THAT TRUE??

I am an ONT resident and just got my PNP approved. It didnt even take long, about 3 months. My employer had to start the process though, so make sure your employer does the same

congratulations...I'm applying for master program in an ONT university...still waiting for offer...I just want to know sth abt this PNP project...
